Fizban's Reckless Dweomer:

Fizban now has perhaps one of the most dangerous spells in existence, Fizban's Reckless Dweomer. When cast, I will roll 2 100-sided dice (in this case via computerized random number generator). The first 100-sided die determines the spell he casts, the second determines the random side-effect. Some of these side effects might directly affect your character, feel free to let me know if you aren't comfortable with him using this spell around your character. Further, I will always check with you if I get a side-effect that will do something to your character. The side-effects are taken (with some modification) from the AD&D Wild Magic rules, a "turn" refers to a short period of about 6 seconds. All spells will use the Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 edition spell list to determine exact effect.

[Many of you may notice that gravity has been randomly reversed in patches all over town. The areas of reversed gravity are randomly placed, and are 200 by 200 feet cubes. Fizban himself is at the center of this madness, sound asleep 200 feet in the air. Entering Reverse Gravity zones is a bit jarring as you are flung into the air, leaving them deposits you gently on the ground.]

((Anybody coming within range of where Fizban perceives his "lawn" to be will find themselves teleported to a random location within Memento Eden. Also, there will be a lawn wherever they were standing at the time, unless the spell misfires in which case there will be a lawn where they are teleported to. The lawns will remain for 2 days. Yes, even indoors.))

[A small hovel rests just outside the Apartments. Upon entering, you find it is actually a large mansion. Loud detonations can be heard frequently from the Hovel, and those entering into it will find large swaths of things on fire within the mansion. Fizban is likely sleeping by one of these fires. It's actually reasonably warm in there.]
